Cancellation and Refund Policy :

Orders placed through our website are processed promptly and cannot be cancelled or altered once confirmed. We are unable to combine multiple orders into a single shipment. All orders will be fulfilled based on the details provided in the invoice. Refunds, if applicable for lost or damaged shipments, will be issued through the original mode of payment. Any payment gateway charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

Replacements or returns will be considered only under the following conditions:

Refund will only be initiated if the arrived product is wrongly delivered from your placed order or if it is damaged. The product will not pass for refund/ cancellation under any other reasons other than mentioned above.Please share clear photos and videos of the damaged item by email at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at 9962053360 within 48 hours of delivery.
