Shipping and Delivery

Shipment and Delivery Timeline:

All orders placed with ZENTTRO are typically processed and dispatched within 5 to 7 working days. If any product is temporarily out of stock, the shipment will be initiated once the item is restocked.

Please note, delivery delays caused by third-party courier partners are beyond our direct control. However, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve such issues wherever possible.

International Shipments:

For international orders, our responsibility ends once the shipment is handed over to the courier or logistics partner. Delays due to customs clearance or destination country regulations are beyond our control. Any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.
